Daniel Särefjord, CEO of Aira UK: “The new £7,500 grant is lighting up a bright, vibrant heat‑pump market in the UK.”

He added that the latest data shows thousands of British families are ditching gas, cutting their bills and carbon emissions thanks to heat pumps.

“Even with this great progress, Britain still burns roughly £20 billion a year on gas imports. More heat pumps will make the country both more energy‑secure and climate‑friendly while slashing bills,” Särefjord continued.

Investments, jobs and the Scandinavia connection

Aira is putting £300 million into the UK, expecting to create about 8,000 new clean‑energy jobs over the next decade.
