Russia Warns of Imminent World War III, Declares Entitlement to Strike Britain

Russia’s Ambassador Warns Britain’s Support for Ukraine Could Spark a Nuclear Collision

In a dramatic post on Telegram this past Saturday, Andrey Kelin, the Russian ambassador to the UK, issued a stark warning: Britain’s backing of Ukraine’s missile strikes inside Russian territory is a “serious escalation” that could eventually spark a clash between nuclear powers.

The Core of the Message

  • Russia has repeatedly cautioned that using Western missiles against Russian positions would trigger a dangerous escalation.
  • Despite these cautions, the US, France, and the UK have proceeded with a deliberate strategy to carry out those strikes.
  • According to Kelin, the continued support for such attacks will intensify tensions and risk transforming the conflict into a nuclear showdown.

“We have made multiple warnings that the use of Western missiles to strike inside Russia will be a serious escalation,” Kelin wrote. “Despite these warnings, the US administration, backed by France and the UK, has decided deliberately to carry out these strikes.”

Implications for Global Peace

If Britain’s policy persists, Kelin argues, the situation could “lead to a collision between nuclear powers.” The ambassador’s tone is a clear call for calm and restraint, warning that the current trajectory could bring about an unprecedented, worldwide crisis.

What Comes Next?

As the international community watches, the next moves will likely hinge on diplomatic negotiations and efforts to mitigate the risk of a nuclear escalation. For now, the Russian ambassador’s words serve as a chilling reminder of the stakes involved.

The Kremlin warned this week that they are “entitled” to strike “military targets of those countries that allow their weapons to be used against our facilities,” such as the US, UK and other NATO countries supporting Kyiv.
On Friday the Russian ambassador was asked will the UK be dragged into war with Russia over the use of Storm Shadow missiles being used inside Russia.
Kelin told Sky News Mark Austin, “Absolutely, Britain and UK is now directly involved in this war, because this firing cannot happen without NATO staff, British staff as well.
“The US administration, support[ed] by France and the UK, has made a deliberate decision to make these strikes, which seriously escalates the situation, and it can bring a collision between the nuclear powers.”
Vladimir Putin could launch “both conventional and nuclear warheads” in London as he has “moved into action.”
The deputy chief of the British Defence staff, Lieutenant General Rob Magowan told the House of Commons defence committee, “If the British Army was asked to fight tonight, it would fight tonight.
“I don’t think anybody in this room should be under any illusion that if the Russians invaded Eastern Europe tonight, then we would meet them in that fight.”
Dmitry Kiselyov who is a close ally of Putin warned in September that should Sir Keir Starmer allow the use of the Storm Shadow cruise missiles then the “UK could face a nuclear response.”
