TouchNote Hits First Profit as Sales Surge Past £5M

TouchNote Turns a New Page… Literally!

TouchNote, the go‑to place for sending heartfelt cards, just dropped its yearly financial report and found itself tipping into the land of profit. After a £5.1 million haul for the year ending 31 December 2016 (up from £3.4 million a year earlier), the company is looking as bright as a freshly printed postcard.

Rebrand, Resume, and a Whole Lot More

Not content with just being a postcard service, TouchNote made a bold move: a complete brand makeover. Now it offers:

  • Greeting cards that sparkle with personality
  • Canvas prints that paint a new vibe in your living room
  • Framed photos that bring a splash of nostalgia to your walls
  • Photo‑print boxes that are perfect for gifting

With a sleek new look and a playful tagline that promises the most thoughtful way to stay connected, the company is ready to roll out new features later this year—keeping the fresh, distinct brand vibe alive.

From London to Los Angeles

The London‑based scale‑up, once dubbed the ninth fastest‑growing tech firm on Deloitte’s Fast 50 list, is sharpening its sights on the US market. A fresh office in Los Angeles will pave the way for a booming North America presence.

Leadership in Action

Dan Ziv, the current product maestro, has stepped into the role of Managing Director for the UK and Rest of the World. Meanwhile, CEO Oded Ran will head over to LA this year to steer the U.S. expansion. The team, which numbered 30 in the UK, will grow on both sides of the Atlantic.

CEO’s Take

Oded Ran shared his excitement: “This is an exciting time for TouchNote as we establish ourselves as global leaders in the ‘phygital’ revolution that is taking hold right now. Taking the company into profit and launching in the U.S. are major milestones on our journey to become a beloved household name in both the UK and the U.S.”
