The Ukrainian President gave the US special envoy Keith Kellogg a document which lists “all ceasefires” that Vladimir Putin has “violated.”
President Volodymyr Zelensky said the peace negotiations must have security guarantees at Putin has “violated” 25 ceasefires since the war started on 24 February 2022.
President Zelensky told world leaders at the Support Ukraine summit in Kyiv, “Peace cannot be concluded in an hour, a day, today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow.
“When General (Keith) Kellogg was in Kyiv, I handed him and the U.S. president a document with all the ceasefires, along with specific dates, that Russia had violated.”

President Zelensky highlighted these warnings to world leaders as the US President Donald Trump is sidelining the Ukrainian leader and Europe from peace negotiations and it seems a deal will be done with Russia.
Zelensky and his officials have repeatedly warned that without security guarantees, NATO membership and military support will provide Putin with time to regroup, refresh and attack again at a later stage.
Zelensky told world leaders, “Therefore, peace must be based on balanced diplomacy and clear security guarantees.”
Europe’s most senior diplomat Kaja Kallas will visit the US on Tuesday to meet with the Secretary of State Marco Rubio to discuss the war.
Kallas suggested the “messages coming out of the US” regarding elections in Ukraine strongly hints that “the Russian narrative is very strongly represented there.”
After Trump called Zelensky a “dictator” the EU’s top diplomat said that Russia has not had fair elections in 25-years and that the US President is ignoring the fact Ukraine’s constitution prevent elections during martial law.
